We are very excited about your interest in applying to our UST Dual Credit Program! The courses listed in the application below are approved for dual credit by University of St. Thomas. By selecting the desired dual credit course(s) on this form, you will be applying for admission to our dual credit program and registering for selected course(s). Please submit this form by Monday, January 16, 2023 to be considered for Spring 2023 enrollment. Incomplete applications and registrations arriving passed this deadline will not be accepted for dual credit. Each dual credit course has a tuition rate of $375.00 per course and we recommend you enroll in no more than 3 courses per semester. Please have your parent/guardian also e-sign this registration form giving consent for you to participate in the UST dual credit program. Failure to make payment may result in an administrative withdrawal from each course. Payments can be made using our electronic portal. Our UST Spring 2023 academic session starts on January 17th and ends on May 5th.
Please note the following designations (MODE) which will be important during your course selection:
· HF– Hyflex Courses (offered concurrently online and in-person at the given time)
· OA– Online Asynchronous Courses (offered fully online with no specific class meeting time)
· OS- Online Synchronous Courses (offered fully online and class meets online at specified time) · P- In-person instruction (meets at specific date and time)
